Hi, I’m Ramesh — a full-time techie, part-time psychologist, proudly balding, and a once-average student who hated Maths and barely made it through my MBA. Sounds familiar? If you’re feeling unsure about placements, confused about your future, or just overwhelmed — I’ve been there.
Let me take you back to 2002.
I had just graduated. The job market wasn’t booming, my confidence wasn’t sky-high, and I had an education loan breathing down my neck. I wasn’t a class topper. In fact, I didn’t even know what SAP was when I got an internship at SAP Labs. I scraped through my final semester and — by some stroke of good luck, mentorship, and divine timing — landed my first job with the B.K. Birla Group in a quiet little hill station in Tamil Nadu.
From those uncertain beginnings, I went on to work with SAP India, IBM and Wipro ,even traveling the world. I also completed Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Management — things I never thought I could pull off back then.
I share this not to boast, but to say: I know what it feels like to be where you are. The anxiety. The self-doubt. The constant pressure to figure it all out.
And that’s why I’m here now — not as a guru or a genius, but as someone who’s lived that journey and wants to help you walk yours..Whether it’s learning job-ready skills, cracking interviews, or just finding your footing in this ever-changing tech world — I’ve got your back.
And who knows, maybe one day we’ll check off our bucket lists together. A road trip to Leh-Ladakh is still on mine.
Let’s grow. Let’s learn. And let’s get you placed.
— Ramesh
